1. 注意事项Precautions

a．机器接有220伏/380伏（根据收到设备的电压为准）的交流电压，在操作运行时，必须遵守技术安保的基本条例：

 The machine is connected with an AC voltage of 220 volts/380 volts (depending on the voltage received from the equipment). When operating, the basic rules of technical security must be observed:

b．机器控制箱应当可靠的接地。

   The machine control cabinet must be faithfully earthed.

c．工作时禁止任何机构调整。

   Forbid to adjust any device during operation.

d．运转时人的任何部位不能伸到主机机构的运行半径内。

  All parts of human body are not allowed to be within the radius range of the main machine during operation.

e．非专业人员请不要打开电箱。

 Non professional personnel shall not open the electricity box.

2.  保养. 润滑

a. 每天上下班对机器搞好卫生，检查连接螺钉是否松动。

   Clean up the machine at the beginning and end of every working day and check whether the connection bolt is loose or not.

b.经常观察机器是否运转正常，是否有异响、异味。

   Always observe whether the machine is operating normally or not and whether there is abnormal noise or particular smell.

c．各种关节轴承每周注入1-2滴润滑液。链轮和凸轮每半个月适量注入润滑油一次。

    Inject 1-2 drops of lubricant into all kinds of joint bearing every week. Chain wheel and cam wheel shall be lubricated with proper grease once half a month.

d. 每个月对控制系统清理、保养一次。

    Clean and maintain once a month for the control system.

1、拆木箱拆包装指导视频Wooden crateunpacking instruction video
2、按照设备从右往左（灯泡环形组装机+15分钟老化机+激光打标机）顺序进行摆放The equipment is placed in the order of right to left (lamp ring assembly machine + 15-minute aging machine + laser marking machine)
3、灯泡环形组装机摆放水平位置Place the bulb ring assembly machine
4、连接位置安装（灯头振动盘安装及信号线连接、泡壳输送皮带安装及信号线连接、泡壳供料机的安装及信号线气源线连接、老化机与组装机出料机构连接位置安装及信号线连接、激光打标链板线与老化机出料机构的连接及信号线连接）Connection position installation (lamp holder vibration plate installation and signal line connection, bubble shell conveyor belt installation and signal line connection, bubble shell feeder installation and signal line connection, aging machine and assembly machine discharge mechanism connection location installation and signal line connection, laser marking chain plate line and aging machine discharge mechanism connection and signal line connection)
5、激光打标机与压板链的连接位置调节The connection position of the laser marking machine and the platen chain is adjusted
6、设备接通电源气源Electricity and gas connection for equipment
7、整线开机指导Complete line start-up instruction
8-添加灯头、铆钉、泡壳的方法Method of adding lamp heads, rivets and blisters
