Operation safety tips
a．机器接有220伏的交流电压，在操作运行时，必须遵守技术安保的基本条例：
The machine is connected to 220V AC voltage. During operation must obey the basic regulations of the technical safety assurance instructions.
b．机器控制箱应当可靠的接地。
The machine control cabinet must be faithfully earthed.
c．工作时禁止任何机构调整。
Forbid to adjust any device during operation.
d．运转时人的任何部位不能伸到主机机构的运行半径内。
All parts of human body are not allowed to be within the radius range of the main machine during operation.
e．非专业人员请不要打开电箱。
Non professional personnel shall not open the electricity box.
2. 保养. 润滑
a. 每天上下班对机器搞好卫生，检查连接螺钉是否松动。
Clean up the machine at the beginning and end of every working day and check whether the connection bolt is loose or not.
b.经常观察机器是否运转正常，是否有异响、异味。
Always observe whether the machine is operating normally or not and whether there is abnormal noise or particular smell.
c. 每个月对控制系统清理、保养一次。
Clean and maintain once a month for the control system.
